Mexican-Canadian artist Gabriel Dawe debuted his Plexus instillation at the Dallas Contemporary. This art instillation is made of colorful gütermann thread, wood, and nails, and is inspired by the color and culture he was surrounded by at an early age growing up in Mexico. Dawe’s work has been exhibited in Dallas, Houston, Montreal, Toronto and Barcelona.
